We deliver locally within Bahrain and internationally to select destinations.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

Bahrain local delivery usually takes 1\u20133 business days. International delivery usually takes 5\u20137 business days. Delivery times may extend during Ramadan, Eid, sale periods, or public holidays.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n Will I receive tracking for my order?<\/summary>\n

Yes. A shipment confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n\n

Exchanges are accepted within 5 business days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of scent or makeup marks, and returned with original tags and packaging.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n What items are not eligible for exchange?<\/summary>\n

Custom or made-to-order pieces, sale or discounted items, worn or altered items, and international orders unless the item is defective are not eligible for exchange.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n Who covers return shipping for an exchange?<\/summary>\n

Once an exchange is approved, return shipping is the customer\u2019s responsibility unless the item received was defective.<\/p>\n <\/details>\n <\/div>\n\n
