1. Refunds
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on:
- Change of mind
- Refused or abandoned deliveries
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing:
- Order number
- Photos of the item (including packaging)
We will assess the case and respond with a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom pieces
- Sale/discounted items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt

2. Exchange
At Fouz Couture, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces. If you wish to request an exchange, the following conditions apply:
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
- In perfect condition
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-exchangeable items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale / discounted items
- Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage
- International orders (unless defective)
Exchange process
To request an exchange:

- Item code or name
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once the exchange is approved, the customer must return the item using trackable shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
