During periods of high order volume, your shipment may require additional processing time before dispatch. Please allow extra days for delivery during these periods.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you directly by email or phone.
Kindly ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delivery interruptions or returned packages.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be applied by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees shown at checkout.
- Such fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Fouz Couture has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.
- If customs fees are not paid and the shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned, no refund will be issued, including the product and shipping cost.
